i heart faces * bust a gut *

This week's theme is "bust a gut" and needs some good honest belly laughs =D!!

I'm entering this image from a recent client session... I can't help but giggle myself when I look at it and I hope it does the same for you. Little Timmy was laughing so hard when his sisters attempted to smooch him goooooood ;-). Note how I say "attempted", he was pretty good at fending them off, lol.

Thankful * Suisun City, CA Children Photographer *

Thankful, that's what I am every single day. But I guess today is the day to shout it from the roof top =).

I'm thankful for my little family.
My husband, who gets me and accepts my stubborn ways.
My two girls, who amaze me more and more as they grow.
My dog, my constant companion that never fails to make me laugh.
My cats, who keep my feet warm at night.

I'm thankful for my friends, may they be near or far.
Especially the ones that have stuck with me through the years even though I never call and forget to answer emails.

I'm thankful for my clients.
Without you this adventure of mine could not go on. I hope you all know that I cherish every minute spent with all of you.

I'm thankful for many things. Every day.

Thank you!

i heart faces * autumn splendor *

Fall is probably my favorite season for pictures! I love the rich colors, the pumpkins, the hay bales... everything about it! Which made it hard for me to choose just ONE image. I ended up coming back to this fun candid moment. My girl tossing hay up in the air with such joy.

i heart faces * black *

This week's challenge features the color black, but it had to be a color image. As always, I had some great ideas, but then my model got sick and time ran out... so I had to dig for an older image.

My daughter walking her pup. I think it fits the bill =).

Entirely TOO Grown Up

Halloween is about the only time of the year that my girls get to wear make-up. And boy, did we lay it on Grace this time around. She was a wind-up dolly, with rosy cheeks, red lips, purple eye shadow and even some mascara.

I could hardly stand it. She looked so old, so grown up... I kept thinking, this is a glimpse into the future... and I wanted to go wipe it all off her face.

No more make-up for my baby... please stay a little girl just a while longer!
